• excellent meals: a choice of five main and five second courses for lunch and dinner. Buffet of appetizers and side-dishes. Our chefs offer you a full first class culinary experience of international cuisine, as well as delicious Italian and local dishes;
• on Thursday night, a typical meal is offered featuring a variety of local dishes from the Fassa Valley;
• "polentata", a real open-air party with music and, of course, a lot of polenta!
